GTDC’s Monsoon Trekking Expedition to Netravali on August 30, 2015


The tenth edition of Monsoon Trekking Expedition by the Goa Tourism Development Corporation (GTDC) will be conducted at Netravali on August 30, 2015.
The 10th weekly trek at Netravali with a total stretch of 8 kms is very adventurous and interesting.
Pack your trekking bag and experience the Pali falls at Netravali.Pali is amongst the four major waterfalls of Netravali cascading down from a height of around 20mts.
After witnessing the Pali falls, one can trek further to the Chand Suraj carvings followed by a visit to the Bubbling Lake called “Budbudyanchi Tali”.
The trekking expedition is open to all especially those with a spirit for adventure and nature lovers.
Transport arrangements have been made from Mapusa at 8:00 am and from Paryatan Bhavan at 8:30 am, followed by a pick-up near Cortalim bridge/Verna at 8:50 am and Margao at 9:30 am.
Registration fee is Rs 700 (food inclusive)
Yummy Vegetarian lunch will be provided at the farm.
Interested trekkers are requested to carry along an extra pair of clothes, rainwear, trekking shoes, snacks and binoculars.  No smoking and   consumption of alcohol will be permitted.
