Hon’ble Minister for Tourism Mr. Manohar Ajgaonkar moots for tourism ties with China
 
 
Panjim,   May 10 -- Hon’ble Minister for Tourism, Govt. of Goa, Mr. Manohar Azgaonkar today
proposed furthering tourism ties with China during an interaction with Mr. Zhu Chen, Mayor of Lishui, Zhejiang Province, Eastern China and his delegation at the Paryatan Bhavan on Wednesday evening. 
 
The ten member delegation led by Mr. Zhu Chen is in Goa as part of their four- day official visit to India.
 
Lishui, a beautiful tourism hub in Eastern China (Zhejiang province) is a haunt for Indian tourists,  and Minister for Tourism, Goa, Mr. Azgaonkar
aand Mr. Zhu Chen,  Mayor of Lishui today expressed eagerness to boost tourism ties between the two regions. 
 
During the interaction today, short documentary films on Lishui and Goa were presented to both sides.
 
The Director, Department of Tourism, Govt. of Goa, officials of Department of Tourism and Goa Tourism Development Corporation were also present.
 
Mr. Zhu Chen said that he was overwhelmed by the warmth and hospitality extended to them by Goa Tourism.  He described Goa as 
well-developed State and was mesmerized by the natural beauty Goa had to offer in addition to other aspects.
